Changing button states 1This article points out how to change or customise a series of button states. If you would like to know more about button states, have a look at the introductory article of this chapter.
If you want to make use of any of the existing button states –hover, active, pressed, visited– with static design, you can import and assign any image in JPG, PNG or SVG (vector) format. On the Properties panel of the Mighty Button, the General submenu, you will notice the Image and Hover parameters.
The other available states will be displayed by clicking on more states, all of them being drop-down lists so that you may choose the design you would like to apply to each one of them. You can also assign sprite-type animations to button states. The procedure is identical: simply import the sprite-type image file and choose it from the drop-down list of the corresponding state. This way, the button will display an animated design, rather than static.
