The success condition of the Custom Counter is the total or final number of interactions that have to be achieved so that the counter considers the challenge as successful. All interactions the user has carried out are added up among all interactivities the counter recorded and if they have reached or surpassed the number established in the Success parameter of the Action submenu, the counter appearance will be updated until the success condition is achieved.
In this example you can see 3 buttons available and a maximum of 2 clicks per button, for a total of 6 possible clicks. However, the Success condition has a value of 4, which means the counter will consider the challenge completed after the fourth interaction. Increasing the value of the Success condition will result in an increase in the difficulty of the challenge, whereas increasing the maximum number of clicks per button will make the challenge easier.
Fail and Success. Appearance
When Counter type: Progress reaches or exceeds the number set on the Success parameter in the Action submenu the outline of the counter completes the circle and the success state of the counter becomes activated.
When using the Counter type States the counter only shows the outcome of the challenge as a fail or success. That means there is no progress and the counter will only change its state to success if the parameter Success is reached.
