Once the image sequence is generated and applied, there are a few parameters that need to be set in order to define its behaviour. Success in Action Dragger interactivity is the point of the trajectory from which an interaction is considered as passed and consequently, the video will keep playing, as long as the user releases the controller.
This parameter is measured in frames and depends upon the total number of frames of an Action Dragger sequence. On the submenu Action of the Properties panel, you can scroll the option Success Frame to check that the number of options matches with precision the frames of your sequence. If you choose the highest number, the action will not be considered as passed unless the user reaches the end of the trajectory, so it is usually recommendable to set success in, approximately, three quarters of the trajectory.
The Action Dragger counts with several options that define its behaviour accoring to the selected options. As well as the other interactivities, when the Actions Dragger is shown and how this affects the playback of the video is customizable in the Behaviour submenu. The two options listed below are distinctive exclusively of the Action Dragger.
The option Rewind is available in the form of a selection box and is unchecked by default. If you enable it, the behaviour of the handler will vary, as well as the sequence playback. By default, if a user drops the handler midway through the trajectory, it remains in the same position and the sequence stops. If you press rewind, the handler will go to its initial point and the sequence will rewind.
The option Progressive, when checked enables the complete playback of the sequence of images. Therefore, no matter how fast the physical interaction with the Dragger takes, all the images will be shown. On the other hand, when Progressive is disabled, the only images being shown are the ones when the user's interaction has been paused or stopped. Therefore, the playback of the images may not be complete if the user's drag has been too fast, for example.
