Canvas is the viewing monitor of the uncut project. It works as a support for the edition of the different parts conforming your project, although it is not the most indicated place to preview final effects –the Preview function is available for that purpose. The canvas would rather be the surface on which elements are placed, but its function is limited to viewing clips linearly as a reference to place on it the media elements and interactive elements conforming the interactive video. That is, you can use the canvas to design the composition of your video.
It is the necessary reference to adjust the position of an element, to resize an element. Besides, when it comes to 360-type videos or multivideo , the canvas plays a still more important role. Due to the particular nature of this kind of videos, it is not possible to visualise all their content at once. That is why the canvas provides specific tools aimed to experience visualisation in an easier way. Such is the case with the Joystick 360 and the Multivideo browser.
